How do projects usually start?

With a short conversation about what exists today, what outcome you need, and any fixed deadline. From there I scope the work, give you a fixed quote or estimate, and outline the stages before anything is built.

Do you work with agencies or as a subcontractor?

Yes. I've delivered work under agency and studio brands where the client-facing relationship stays with them. Happy to discuss NDA terms and white-label arrangements upfront.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, if the project needs one. Send your own template or ask for mine — either way it's signed before any project details are shared further.

How does pricing and payment work?

Fixed-price for well-defined scopes, or a day/milestone rate for open-ended or ongoing work. Payment is typically split across milestones — an upfront deposit, then the balance tied to delivery stages — rather than one lump sum at the end.

What's your typical timeline?

A focused landing page can ship in 1–2 weeks; a full website or web app usually runs 3–8 weeks depending on scope; custom software and automation work varies more and gets a real estimate after scoping. Rush timelines are possible and get flagged during scoping, not after.
